Moon Cycle Therapeutic Circles

During this 3 hour intensive, we will explore the benefits and history of sage to assist in healing, practice trauma informed pranayama and asanas (breath work and gentle movements) and learn how to teach these practices to others. Make sure you have access to a comfortable seat/space to stretch.
